Hiya!! Good to "see" ya!! Ain't got much to say today,Olivia and I pulled an all nighter,no problems, just hanging out.
B- Eggs with Cheese L-Beef stew with lotsa veggies! D- Broiled salmon with a dill sauce,broc florets. S- Still stuck on the lucious apples!  Hang tuff!

Good morning to you sweetie. I am so glad that the all nighter that you and Olivia had was simply because you wanted to. Those are nice it is just the ones that you "have" to have them are the bummers.

I should have been out the door to the church office already but here I sit. I am not even dressed yet. Had my shower but not dressed. Oh what a sight. Enough to have someone run in the opposite direction begging for someone to stick a sharp stick in their eye because of what they saw.

B: slim fast low carb shake
L: who knows yet~not I for sure
D: crockpot chicken fajitas on a plate with cheese and veggies
S: don't know that either~maybe an apple

Good morning Linda and friends!  Long time no see - busy at work, busy at home.  We spent an enjoyable weekend with daughter, SIL, and Gabe.  They were in for a visit.  Danny (son) and Ethan joined us Sat. - house full of people - two very loud little boys excited to see each other...Grandma and grandpa are worn out but happy!

B - well I was suppose to be having some leftover breakfast casserol from Sat. brunch (hash brown potatoes, sausage, cheese, egg mixture), but after only two bites, I knocked my container off the desk and of course it all landed upside down on the floor.  I'm such a klutz.  So now I'm working on a protein shake.
S - either another protein shake or a protein bar
L - salad with roast beef, ham, and cheese in for protein
S - yogurt or cottage cheese with fruit
D - duck and oyster gumbo and salad
S - turkey and cheese roll up

My project for today is to try to get our handyman, Ellis, over here to give us a quote on building a temporary ramp to our front door (so we can bring Mom in a wheelchair).  Ellis is a great guy but kinda quirky.

B: 1 packet weight control oatmeal made w/ 2/3 c. skim milk & 1/2 c. mixed fruit
S1: 20-oz iced skinny latte
S2: 6 oz yogurt
L:  2 oz scallops, 1/2 tomato
S:  1 oz Havarti cheese
D:  2 oz chicken salad, 2 oz green beans
S: 4 oz SF pudding

Linda....good morning pretty lady.......

Had an awesome weekend at the cabin with my girlfriends!!

Sounds like you and Olivia had some good mom and daughter time too!

S-yogurt w/kashi
L-refried beans w/ chicken and cheese
S-banana
D-salmon and vegetable medley
S-???

Time to get back to work.....you are in my thoughts and prayers.

L- Turkey & cheese rollup & grape tomatos
S-Protein drink & 1/2 apple
D- ? something good
S-1/2 apple

that's my menu and I'm stickin' to it.

1/4 cup diced cantalope
1/2 piece wheat toast with lf marg.

Snack--bullet protein drink
1/2 cup cranberry juice

L.  2 oz tuna with lf miracle whip
1/4 cup beet salad
1/4 cup lite pears

S. 1/2 cup tomato juice
1/2 cup protein shake
 
D.  1/2 cup turkey chili
1/4 cup lite pears
2 whole grain crackers

S.  1/2 cup.diet jello.
