Good morning all!

B - Super choc peanut butter banana protein shake
S - 1 stick LF string cheese
L - Tuna and whole wheat wheat thins
D - Stuffed chicken breast, brown rice and broccoli
S - SF pudding cup

At least, that's the plan for now!  LOL.  The chicken breasts are stuffed with cream cheese, onions, garlic salt and a little hot pepper jelly, then wrapped with turkey bacon and baked.  First time I'm trying this, but it sounds good!

Hi folks!

I have been lurking on this board for a couple of weeks.  Living vicariously through your menus!

But tomorrow I get to start solid food for real!

Getting excited and am going down to make a grocery list soon.  I'll let you know tomorrow what is on the menu.

have a great Sunday!

Good evening, Linda, and I know that I am running so late but do want to post what I had today. It is nothing great but I just feel the need to do this.

I have been so tired today for some reason. I even slept in my chair and it isn't that comfortable to sleep in but I managed to do it for about an hour Bill said. When I got up I had pain in my hip so bad I wanted to scream but I didn't and my neighbors are happy I am sure. ha ha I just think that it is terrible growing old but I do know that the alternative is worse than the aches and pains of growing old. ha ha

B: cheese cubes at church coffee hour
L: peanut butter and jelly sandwich
D: cheese and ham omelet with veggies
S: slim fast low carb shake for the added protein

I know I am not doing as well today but I guess it is better than nothing. Maybe that is why I feel so strongly about posting today.

I am sending love and hugs to you and I hope that your day went well. I am keeping you and yours in special prayers.
