annette we were told that the calcium carbonate isnt good for us at all that it causes kidney stones....we were told that the only calcium we could have is calcium citrate....so dont knwo and i have never had any problem taking it...

Thank you Jan,

From the beginning the surgeon AND dietician said to take Viactiv plus vitamin D, so I did as ordered.

Then 2 1/2 years later we got a new dietician and a whole bunch of new orders. Makes you want to pull your hair out with the conflicting orders.
