Marc......no need to ask me twice....prayers are on the way!!

I am so sorry this has happened to you. You hear so many stories like this these days.
I pray you find a new position soon. Just having had surgery sure doesn't help things now but it may open other doors for you along the way.

Hugs, connie d

Marc,
I understand what your going through.  Bank of America closed both their call centers in Washington State Dec. 2006. I loved my job and was just devastated when they closed.  However I just wanted to tell you about a company that was suggested to employees, you may just be right for. alpineaccess.com they are a on-line business and if they are in your area you may just enjoy the work. Best of luck, Stay positive and this to shall pass.

alpineaccess may well be legit but you must have a home phone line and a corded headset and you pay $45.00 for your own background check.....and they go by your credit score-marc's may well be ok-mine sucks due to my hubby's illnesses and accident ...

i would certainly want to work for a company who sets high standards but it is costly to get all of their requirements (phone line and headset) ( we took out our land line to save a few pennies since we both have cell phones and who keeps a head set around the house???) in place just on the IF to get a job.....the background check is only required once they offer you the job....i cannot afford to get a landline and headset for an interview only to be turned down due to whatever......

sorry if i sound down on this- the whole scene is so frustrating right now- my umbrella is like marc's--holes are letting the rain thru!!!!

I get up every morning determined to both change the world and have one hell of a good time. Sometimes this makes planning my day difficult.

I've got my fingers crossed for you.

I have to share that my son-in-law lost his job with that "largest" chevy dealer around so it's a small world isn't it?  On Tuesday the company had a meeting and said everything was fine.  In his home mail delivery on Friday a letter told him the dealership was closing it's doors as of 5 p.m. that very same day.

It will all work out the way it's supposed to.

Marc,
I am so sorry to hear that. It is getting tough in our area too. Places are folding, businesses are hurting, it's getting frightening.

These so-called "Golden Years" are feeling kind of rusty from the storms.

This deserves a BIG prayer and a hug too.

Marc, things are so bad now a days and even more frightening when it hits home. I know that God has something in store for those how have faith and need. I know that you have both. I will be keeping you in special prayers for God to lead you in the direction of His choice, wherever that may be. He will disclose His direction to in His time. Just have faith and know that He will continue to take care of you and your family.

Please keep us posted on how things are going and make sure you continue to take care of your knee. That is one of the most important things for you right now.

I am sending lots of love and big hugs to you and hope that you can feel them coming to you.

It's not what you gather, but what you scatter
that tells what kind of life you have lived.
