I had peanut butter on a slice of whole grain, low carb bread this morning... 45 calories a slice but I'm trying to avoid bread. My pouch is not ready for celery yet so what else can I spread my PB on? Any suggestions?
I like it on whole wheat saltines but also just right out of the jar on a spoon ... not on anything. It was my breakfast of choice for many years even before WLS. Lots of protein.
