Welcome Angel, you found the best forum on OH, plenty of nice people who offer the best support and friendship. My husband & I are retired He was in the for 12 years Marine Corps and we lived in So Cal. for a few of those years. I also worked in the insurance industry for awhile paying medical claims.
I have not had weight loss surgery.. still jumping through the hoops but have lost a decent amount so far following the nutritionist's advice along with the advice from my friends here.

The people on here are very loving and offer what help they have, based on their experiences and there are years of experience here and the good thing is no matter where you move to, guess what, you can always visit with us here.
