IT'S SUNDAY WHAT'S NEW!!!!!!!
Today has been a busy day.
At scrambled egg for breakfast, Church then a meeting afterwards (I brought a lf yogurt and my husband brought me 1/2 cup protein shake, then I did a funeral. Got home at 3PM and had to go to "the city" to get some more protein powder and baby food. Got home and was feeling like I was starving, so made some cream of tomato soup and had a cup of it while husband cooked his supper. Had my supper at 6:30 and another cup of tomato soup. Am going to drink a bottle of water and see if that will help. Only 3 weeks from lap band surgery and I am getting very very hungry! Don't go back to see the surgeon for 3 more weeks and hope he will give me a fill of some sort. This is getting hard!

Hi Janet:
Isn't your plastic surgery coming up soon? Or did you already have it? I'm bad with dates ... I have to keep checking my calendar for my doctor appointments (can't remember, well, you know).
I just noticed one of the cats had vomited on the window sill ... yuck! It was all dryed-up cat food. Easy to clean up at least ... and down the wall too. Had to have been Diva ... She's the only one who sits on the sill. (Yes, I know I blame Diva for everything ... that's because the other two sleep most of the time.)
Not much going on here. Watched the baseball game last night ... was pissed when the game wasn't on when it was supposed to be because TBS, a crappy baseball station, had technical problems. Why they gave them a postseason contract I'll never know. They're horrible. Almost as bad as Fox. Finally got back on toward the end of the first inning after the first run had scored. In the meantime, they subjected viewers to bad comedy reruns.
Burned some of the popcorn cob last night ... you know, Frankenmuth folk, the ones they were selling in the farmers market. I made one and some of the kernels on the cob didn't pop, so I put it back in the microwave to repop ... don't do that! It burnt and stunk up the kitchen something horrible ... it still smells of burnt popcorn today, and I had the exhaust fan on, the ceiling fans on and the windows open for a while. By the way, those cobs make a lot of popcorn!
Can't say I can identify with anyone who has lost too much weight ... I battle to keep it off. I still have my issues with eating the wrong foods at times or too much food and emotional eating, too. I'm struggling to keep it at 170 and below. And I can't do a whole lot of exercise because of my knee problems.
Today is devoted to football, football, baseball, some baking, reading, maybe some ceramics (depending on how much I want to keep my knee down). I want to get going on my ceramic projects, though. Maybe an hour ... but I also want to do some baking, which entails standing (no place to sit in the kitchen ... it's a galley kitchen). So it depends on how my knee is feeling.
Well, I need to get into the kitchen. Have a good Sunday.

Good Morning Everyone,
Started out going out back to the woods on our farm at 5:45am to wait to see if I could see some deer to take pictures of. No luck today.
Then, my husband and I went to my moms for my birthday breakfast, and my kids and grand kids were there to celebrate . It was so nice to see them all at once and the grandkids playing, What a beautiful morning.
I think this afternoon I will do a photo shoot of the beautiful flowers I got today.
Hope all is well for everyone, have a beautiful day.
