2 YEARS OUT TOMORROW
i know i am a day early posting this but tomorrow i am working all day then coming home and getting ready for dinner for rick's birthday....
2 years already!!! WOW!!!!! in the 2 years as most of you know i have had some really big problems...none to do with WLS at all!!!! i thank GOD for letting me have this wonderful surgeon that performed WLS on me!!!! as you can see in my avitar i can ride a horse once again!!!! never thought i would do that again in my life!!! (thanks to jenny that became my friend and has the horses for me to ride!!! well back in michigan anyhow...lol) i can sit in seats at the movies again...i can sit in a booth at a restaurant and not have the boobs in my plate!!! (not that they are so big anymore...lol) i can climb stairs and not get out of breath while doing so....i can dance again...i can walk forever it seems...i can see my feet again!!!! there is so many things i can do now that i couldn't before!!! most of all WLS gave me a wonderful life to live again!!!! i became more outgoing and assertive thats for sure!!! i have been stuck in the 190's for over a year now and finally its started to come down once again!!!! YIPPEEE i weighed in this morning at 188 and the total lost is now 145 pounds!!!!!!!!!!! i am thrilled!!!!!! the blood tests showed i am low in vitamin a yet and also low on vitamin d and folic acid. i am taking meds to help bring it all back up...getting blood tested again next month to see how i am doing. i am sure with the move i am eating much better and also the right way....so hopefully i will be improved!!!!
thankyou to all that have been here for me along the way to a healthier life!!!! also thankyou for listening to me when i had the stress of my old life...and the new life lol which is now out of MY home!!!! LOL i am not sure what i would have done without all your love and support!!!! (((OFF family)))
for those of you that are thinking of having WLS i say GO FOR IT!!!!!!!! you won't be sorry that you did!!!! my only regret is not having it sooner in life!!!! but then maybe i wouldn't be here where i am now...i am so happy here with rick and he is a godsend to me!!! i never knew love like this before in my life!!!

You have come a long way and in the year that I have known you, I am amazed. I would be afraid to do some of the things that you have done in the past year. I look up to you for knowing what you want and have the ability to just do it. That is what we all can learn from you. If we want something in life so bad we just have to do it.
