I don't get to read and post daily at times - depending on my work schedule, but I did read your post this morning at 4 when I came in from work.
I know there is little to say that makes your pain go away, but you know that you have support and friendship here.
Try to remember the times growing up and the scuffles that you got into over silly things. Maybe the arguments over which tv show to watch....and laugh about it now ! Your brother chose his life and as hard as it is to accept it is your only choice.
Praying for your family and that your pain fades in time.
