Good morning Linda,

Hooray for Cheryl. Getting to goal feels so rewarding.

I never had an exact goal but several mini-goals. That worked best for me or I would have been too anxious about the BIG picture. Plus I got to have lots of celebrations.

Kisses

ahhh thanks, Linda, thanks you guys,

The funny thing is, I really wasn't at the "number" that day in his office, but he proclaimed I was "at goal" so I took it! I had been a bit below the "number" but kept going back and forth.  So I tought it was very cool that he reinforced that a "number" isn't the end all be all, but that my labs, body composition, and all was what he looked at and considered me a "success."
I plan to keep checking in here cuz I would really miss you all and it's my real only place for support (besides my husband.) I consider this to continue to be hard work and I need you all.....
My menu is the same
B- steel cut oatmeal with raisins, walnuts
S-yogurt Kashi
L-ham and cheese roll up, grapes, couple crackers and peanut butter
D-Not sure, going out to a church group ( I am bummed that we will miss our debate night date!)
Thanks, Linda, what a nice surprise this morning.....
Hope all is going well for you and your little family....hope work is going OK too....

Hiya Miss Cheryl,
It is very important for you to hang around, you will "inspire" others. There are some that will see the other side of the mountain. Annette is a great example of this, she has been at goal for awhile, but she checks in..gotta love it!
You are a WLS expert now,as far as sharing your personal journey.
I hope you enjoy your social evening,I wish I was more social.
You can go to utube and see the whole debate, isn't this exciting?? I can't wait to see how it all ends, who ever wins, we everyday Americans have a long haul, none of them has a magic wand,...hmmm.

PS, work is hectic, I work in sales, with Wells Fargo,so it is crazy right now.
Hugs!

Hi again,,
I am not really "social" either! That is why this is more of a chore than fun. I signed up to get outta my "box." It causes me GREAT anxiety...

Yes, it is exciting, scary, and a historical time in our country...I will look for the replay, that is for sure!

I can't imagine working in the banking world right now, in fact anytime would be waaaayyy over my non math, illogical brain...

Thanks again friend,
Cheryl

Logic???? Am I suppose to have logic??? Oh my!! Maybe that is the problem..LOL!
I am so boxed, I envy people who are comfortable in social settings, I am told I pull it off well, but it is not how I feel inside...smile.
Huggers!
