Good morning Linda,
Nothing much going on here to get excited about. I went to see Matthew and Melanie - mmmmm good! Almost got freezer burn from the daughter which caused deep hurt. I don't think she got anything from the self-help book she sent for ME to read. No more tears over that fiasco. She is her father's daughter. Too sad.

Good morning to you dear one. I have so missed posting on here. Food has been alright with a few exceptions~like the piece of chocolate cake (a small one but still a no no) at coffee hour yesterday. Bad, bad Brenda. But that was yesterday and today is a new day.

Today is a busy one I guess. I have to go to the church office and help (what is new?) and then it is laundry day around here. So you know what is going to be happening around this place.

Food is normal~in fact same stuff just a different day.

B: sf oatmeal and sf applesauce
L: half a peanut butter and jelly sandwich
D: some sort of fish or seafood and veggies
S: not sure if there will be one or not

I better get to going. I am sending love and hugs to you and special prayers are going up for you and yours. Have a wonderful day in spite of what day it is. Just think positive and know that is just the start of a wonderful and blessed week. Yeah right!

Now now Brenda,I think that cake messed with your mind. You forgive everyone else..so It is good you can forgive yourself, right??
Are you enjoying what you do for the church?? Are you missing your pastor?
I hope you have a blessed day.

Hi Linda,

It's been a few days since I posted.  I haven't been online much since last week.  Not a lot going on here, but the leaves are changing and it is really beautiful right now.  The weather is in the upper 60's during the day and the apple, which I am finally eating (no skin) have been great!  I'm on food again, but still losing, so life is good.

B- 4 oz Activia yogurt

s - cheese stick

L - 3 oz chicken with garlic green beans OR 1/2 C chili (not sure yet)

s - apple

D - meatball with pasta sauce

s -sf popsicle
