Rochester Poop Muffin
(Some call it Fabulous Fiber Muffins...there are many names, but the object is to get things 'moving' and these work!)

1 &1/2 c fiber cereal ( the twig kind, read labels for low sugar)
1 & 1/2 c water
2 Tblspns Steele's maple syrup
1/4 c raisins
1/2 c whole wheat flour
1/2 c almond flour
1 & 1/2 tsp grnd cinnamon
1/2 tspn grnd cloves
2 tsp baking powder
dash salt
2/3 c Natures Sweet crystals ( Splenda does not work well)
1/4 c chopped pecans
preheat oven to 350. In a small bowl combine cereal, water, raisins and Steele's syrup. Microwave 2 minutes on high. In a large bowl mix all dry ingredients. Blend together wet and dry. Scoop even amounts into mini muffin pans ( the batch makes 24), either sprayed with Pam or lined wiht muffin papers. Bake 30 minutes.
Each mini mufin is 48 cal., 2g fat, 10g. carb 3g fiber, 1.5g protein.
