Hi Everyone!
Today was a simply beautiful day on Long Island! It was warm and sunny, just a lovely day to go for a walk outside!
I hope that the sun was shining for all of you...

How is the price of gas where you live? It has been going down here although it is still much too high. Today I paid $3.33.  At least that is a little better...

Enjoy your weekend!
Marcia

Enjoy your cheaper gas!  I would come to Jersey to fill up but I would use up my savings going back and forth...

Marcia, PLEASE send some of that beautiful weather to New Mexico!  It is the annual Hot Air Balloon Fiesta here in Albuquerque and so many events have been cancelled because of weather (mostly wind).  Today we had a TERRIBLE storm hit that brought with it winds of 50 to 70 mph, hail and lots of rain!  Large spruce trees were uprooted, buildings under construction were blown down and a girlfriend of mine saw a golf cart tossed through the air and into the side of a new Chev pickup!  Ouch!  Hopefully tomorrow will be much calmer.

As for our gas prices, AMEN, they are finally going down!  I paid $2.85 for  unleaded yesterday which sure beats the $3.95 I paid a few months ago!  I drive a big SUV (yep, I know, I'm not being very green) and it was costing well over $100 for a fill up so any drop in prices is a blessing to me.

Failure is only a fact when you give up. Everyone gets knocked down, the question is: Will you get back up?

I'm sorry that you had terrible weather.  It also must be bad for the local economy...
I'll say a prayer and maybe I can send you some better weather.

well, we've had snow for the last week, but today it got up to about 40 and some of it melted.......it was nice and warm
gas just broke the 4 dollar mark (going down) here in fairbanks, last week it was still up to 4.45......so sad (and makes NO sense to me) since we have the pipeline and our own gas!!!
enjoy your warm weather while it lasts ......

Wow! I didn't know that your gas was that much higher than ours!  The snow must be beautiful but I really hate to shovel it...
