B: 1 packet weight control oatmeal made w/ 2/3 c. skim milk, 1/2 banana, 1 tsp PB2
S: 6 oz yogurt
L: 4 oz eggplant parmesan, 2 oz brocamole
S: 1 oz cheese
D: 2 oz shrimp, 2 oz cauliflower, maybe a couple slices of tomato from our garden
S: 4 oz SF pudding

I am down another pound and 1/2 making it 14 pounds since the banding on Sept. 29th. I'm very pleased. I have my first hospital lap band support group at noon today. Looking forward to that. Either my surgeon or the nurse practitioner will be there.
B. 1 egg
1/4 c. cantalope
1/2 piece wheat toast with lf butter (left about 1/3 of it on plate)
L. 1/2 cup chili
1/4 cup applesauce
2 wheat thins
S 2 oz fish.
1/4 cup green beans
1/4 cup applesauce
1/2 cup skim milk with a scoop protein powder 3 times day.
Thanks for keeping me honest and looking ahead!

Headaches - nasty buggers. Guess I am just a little bug in your ear, as you are in mine. Drink up Sweet Sister.
I am not too happy with the looks of my belly. Ah yes, vanity is over taking common sense. My waist is six inches bigger than it was one week ago.
It is still swollen from surgery, sore and ugly. Solution: don't look in the mirror wearing glasses.
I refuse to step on the scale yet. That would send me over the edge knowing how I obsess about the numbers.
My menu hasn't changed, other than smaller amounts, so I know lack of exercise and surgery is to blame.
You don't have "quadruplettes" without a leftover belly - right?

Same old crap just another day. At least it is finally Friday!!! This has been a long horrible week....glad I am almost done working for the week. I have to make some copies of some intakes I did, mail them off to the main office and then I am done!!!
Hope you are doing well today....you haven't said much about how things are going. I pray all is okay.
