I hear you about the emotional eating. That will always be a challenge for me, I fear.
B: 1 packet weight control oatmeal w/ 2/3 c. skim milk, 1/2 banana, 1 tsp PB2
S: 20-oz iced decaf skinny latte
L: 2 oz steak, 2 oz cabbage
S: 1 oz cheese
D: 4 oz eggplant parmesan, 2 oz brocamole
S: 4 oz SF pudding

Good Morning Linda and OFF family. Not much new here, have been having some trouble with a plateau. I guess I was over due.
Menu is as follows:
Cuppa Ambition
B- Kashi & Fage 0% yogurt
S- Protein Drink
L- Turkey & spinach rollup w/ lite Italian dressing
S-Protein Drink
D- don't know, haven't got that far yet.
