and no sugar added peaches..mmmm.
S- Have not been snacking lately..
I am trying to keep up with the debates and goings on in America. I have had to record the debates. There are family situations also (when is there isn't)???? I pray not to get into the emotional eating,mostly, I win...smile.

Tom and I are also watching the debates and realized we have a must do thing scheduled for the next time the debates are on. We don't have anything to record but I think many stations repeat it that same night...
I usually don't do any alchohol but during the debates we drink wine...got to!
B-Protein shake

L-ham and cheese roll up, grapes, crackers and peanut butter
S-Cottage cheese and blueberries
D-don't know yet....

It is wonderful to be eating real food again, and I am down another 1/2 pound this morning!

I am just rolling along trying to get thru this week. My pain is somewhat better today but far from tolerable. More drugs and more rest as I can today.
Had a three hour meeting scheduled for today and I canceled going. I can't sit that long feeling like this.
Are you eating enough....I am concerned?? Hope you are getting some rest. Did you sleep better last night??

Families - can't divorce them, so you gotta bear with them. Hope they settle down for you soon.
B - 8 big beautiful seedless black grapes and 2 oz cheese
S - protein shake
L - roast with low fat gravy and maybe a side salad if I feel like visiting the cafeteria
D - probably roast again with a veggie - or maybe I can talk George into going out for dinner since we're going to check on his duck hunting lease with one of his hunting/fishing buddies, I could grab a salad somewhere and they could get a meal or poor boy (New Orleans type sandwich).
S - depends on what I have for dinner, probably cottage cheese or ricotta with fruit

morning linda....hope you are feeling better by now...not much going on here except me moving hopefully the last of my things here from ricks moms place...he has a few odds and ends there yet but he will have to get them himself...lol
well here is what i hope to have today...
b. coffee with creamer then i had an egg on a english muffin with cheese
l. left over pork chop mmmm good
d. not sure yet probably left over pork roast and taters and carrots
s. clementine and a banana...(poor rick will have to use gas mask tonight with me eating that banana...lmao)
got my running around done and now its relaz a bit then get some more unpacking done. rick will have to help me with what i have in the car because of the security door...i can't hold and open at same time...lol had a wonderful "hump" day wink wink LOL have some news but will hold off til it feels right to share it
so until then or tomorrow which ever comes first....i say have a good day!!!
