Darlene, I am waiting for the ride of the 2nd year. I figure it is like a marriage in a way. The first year was the honeymoon and now we get down to real life. ha ha  I have certainly enjoyed the honeymoon and now on with life.

You have helped me so much more than you could ever know. You have made me aware of the things that you can't see and you don't always think about. I want to thank you for that. Now I am getting more aware of the blood work that we have taken and things to do. Thanks so much for your wealth of knowledge. I still have so much to learn and I know that you will help me anything that needs to be learned.

May God continue to bless you as we go through this life together. I am sending love and hugs to you, dear sister Darlene.

It's not what you gather, but what you scatter
that tells what kind of life you have lived.

Brenda,
Congratulations on your surgiversary! That is a huge accomplishment, and you've done so well. I can only imagine the thought, feelings a year late. It must be wonderful!
I can't wait until its mine. But I still have 3 months left of my 6 month diet...I'm hoping the time flies buy.

Hugs,
Nancy

Nancy, I just wanted to know that your time is coming, and it will be wonderful. The time is going to go faster than you can imagine. I know it did for me before surgery.

I have one bit of a suggestion for you before you start your road trip. That would be to make sure that you write down all of your WOW moments. I was told that and was going to do it but kept forgetting. Now I wish that I had done that since most of them are memories now. I would love to be able to sit and read them again and again to remember my wild trip into the new life that I have now. Just think of it like this~the wild trip that is going to take you into your new life.

Thanks for the kind words and I will keep you in my prayers.

that tells what kind of life you have lived.
