Good Morning Lovely Linda.........

I am glad the week is on the down side now....I need the weekend to get here soon!!!

My pain is out of control....no matter what I do it isn't helping. I have to do my job so I can't completely knock myself out. I hope the pain lets up soon. My cold is somewhat better and that is definately a plus!!!

Hope you are having a great day!! I am praying for you and hope you can find contentment in whatever you do today.

B-yogurt w/ kashi and string cheese
S-banana???
L-teriyaki chicken with onions, mushrooms and green peppers

D-same as lunch

  I am so pi$$ed with myself right now I could scream!  Having a God awful morning.  Doctors pulling me in every direction needing slides, needing reports, needing, needing - bunch of needy people who won't ask anyone else for anything because they know they'll have to wait!  So what does Debbie do, she hits the can of left over cookies from the conference yesterday and wolfs down 3 - thank God they were small!   Time to regroup, take a break (not a cookie break) and get back on the wagon before I complete skrew up the entire day!

B -protein shake
S - 3 above mentioned cookies and a small banana
L - chicken soup from home (approx. 2/3 cup) salad with cheese
S - yogurt
D - roast beef, salad, and veggie
S - protein shake or cottage cheese with fruit or apple with peanut butter

Whew, I feel better.  Confession is good for the soul and mind!

My sitting up time is still rationed to 30 minutes. Jeepers, how am I supposed to get in my OFF time?

Finances - not my forte at all. Best left to the experts such as you.

Gads Linda...here i sit in the hospital waiting room and my laptop was makeing strange noises??? I love hump day as it means church night. If I make it home in time Omaha is about a 4-5 hr drive. Brendas surgery went very well and the dr said she was waking up even before he got out of the or. So in a couple of hours we will be on out way home.
Today: I had a huge mug of water made chi tea and some pop corn, off to a good start today. I take my tea and magic bullet everywhere. Chi tea is a staple in my life. untill we meet again..bun-ba-dee-dah.happy trails to you......Beth
