I am thinking of tough love today. Sometimes we have to just say NO, even to our loved ones,or especially to our loved ones.
Just for today,I am going to put me first...
I ask God to help me see things as they really are!
Oh how well I understand that tough love and the saying no. (I'll pm you sometime this week with a few of the details). I'm glad to see you taking care of numero uno!
I also want to thank you and the other OFFers who were patient with me while I figured out this new pouch and my losing pattern. The dense protein has made a world of difference! Almost too much difference at times. I know, I know...can't make up my mind about which to whine about ... too little restriction or too much...lol
B - 1/2 cup oatmeal w/ unflavored protein mixed in
L - Turkey and Swiss Cheese rolled together
D - 1/2 cup spaghetti sauce
S - applesauce

I ended up taking pain medicine for an aching ankle/leg last night. Years ago in my wild years I jumped off a porch (I was in "love") and badly sprained my ankle. Now I often have problems with it. I also used the heating pad and got back to sleep. So far today it is doing OK.
B--cream of wheat with 1/4 diced banana
L-baby food chicken and baby food green beans
S. baby food turkey, baby food carrots, 2 tbl. mashed potatoes.
Plus protein shakes and lots of beverages.

B - 1/2 left over lunchable from yesterday's breakfast
S - protein shake
L - piece of baked fish with the last of the crawfish stew over it and a little salad
S - cheese with maybe a couple of wheat crackers
D - roast, veggie or salad and maybe a bit of mashed taters
S - ricotta cheese with almond extract and Splenda or a yogurt

morning linda....well yesterday i didn't stick to my food plan...grrrr i did ok but....need to stick to the PLAN better!!!
ok here is what i hope to have today!!
b. coffee with creamer, egg, bacon and cheese on an english muffin
l. protein drink
d. pork roast, carrots, celery and potato
s. clementine (man i love these ;) )
getting in enough water...drink alot of that while at work...also wearing my pedometer while i am at work to see how many steps i get in while working...5476 steps yesterday in just 4 hours!!!!
so hope i can stick to this eating plan for today!!! need or should i say WANT to get a few more pounds off before the holiday gets here!!! soon it will be 2 years i am out and i am happy where i am at if no more weight comes off...hate the bat wings with a passion tho....but better to have those than the 140 pounds back on me!!!!
