Hi Linda Lou,

I was up earlier at 3am, had some sleepy time tea, a resteril and back to sleep for a couple more hours. This chronic pain is a pain in the butt! Especially when drunk loud people are arguing outside my window!

On the weekend I eat lots more cottage cheese with frozen blueberries which I love. Can't have it at work cuz can't keep the blueberries frozen. So that will be in my food plan for today a couple of times. Yum!

I have picked up a pretty sore throat, lots of others have big colds, so I'm lucky I think...just feeling a little puny.

Enjoy your Sunday....
Cheryl

Linda, I am here and had my shower and just waiting for a bit to fix my face into something more presentable. That does take a while whether I like to admit it or not. ha ha

Busy morning is awaiting me at church today. The DS is coming for service and is offering communion to us. That is something that is going to be special. She is so nice and the best district superintendent that we have had ever since I can remember.

Food today is going to be pretty much the same. I am having to get to Wal Mart for more oatmeal. I ran out and I miss it so much. I am going through withdrawal's and that's not good.

B: toast with applesauce and slim fast low carb shake
L: some kind of protein or other
D: chicken and veggies (guess I am on a chicken kick now)
S: not sure about that one

I am wishing and praying for you to have a wonderful favorite day of the week today. My favorite day of the week is Saturday. Just for the simple fact of two things. One is that there is a marathon of I Love Lucy on TV Land in the morning and that it is just the start of the week end. Oh well, what ever floats your boat. Have a great day and I am sending love and hugs to you dear friend. You and yours are in my special prayers also.

It's not what you gather, but what you scatter
that tells what kind of life you have lived.

LOL Brenda, you sound like me, I say natural beauty takes longer each year!
I am fighting the blues, and told my grandchildren for the 1st time that they could not come over, that I needed time alone, which I do!
They have broken so many of my things Brenda,I am thinking of moving away, closer to work, maybe a senior living place...we shall see.
Take care...

Brenda,  I am so sorry you are fighting the blues.  I will pray for you that this will pass soon.   I know what you mean about grandkids, I have 4 and 1 on the way.  I love them dearly but it just seems that the upbringing is different now than when I was young and alot different than what I taught my children.   I don't know.   I guess things are just different now.  Chin up.

Good morning Linda......I love mellow Sundays too!!

It was so nice to chat with you last night. I wish I would have had more time. You sound just so sweet!!

I had fun with my friend, Jean last night, We ended up going out and dancing after all. There are three guys that have been interested in me. All three were there last night. Here we were sitting at this table and all three of them standing around me.....it was really funny!! I would dance with one and then the other. Jean thought it was quite amusing.
Yes.....I went home alone.....because that is what I wanted!!

B-yogurt w/kashi and string cheese
L-steak w/mushrooms and onions
D-salmon and cauliflower w/ cheese
Snacks ...just not sure.....probably fruit.
Not sure I can eat all this...still not much of an appetite. I am going to keep trying because I need to eat.

   Hugs....love you......Boo....to you!!
