I was looking at the Thursday post and so many people were talking about their pets.  I was wondering can we just list here what pets we have, their names and ages.  Just short and sweet.  It is amazing to me how many of us have one or more pets.

I have one very spoiled Maine Coon cat, named Fluffy, because of her huge fluffy tail. She's about 13 yrs. old.
She found us after someone either dumped her out or she got lost as she was litter box trained and spayed when she showed up on our front porch. She's a "man's" cat preferring men to women (I think a woman abused her), but since I'm the only person in the house now, she likes me ok!! LOL

I have to make sure to get in on this and list my little Misty kitty. She is my little bitty furmonster after all. She use to be my furbaby and then I realized I have created a monster so that is why she is my furmonster!

Misty is my long haired tortoiseshell kitty and is about 5 years old. She is one of the few loves of my life.

Like mom use to day about one of the dogs that we had "She may be a little devil but we sure do love her!" I think that fits all of the pets that we ever had.

We have a German Shorthair, she found us, showed up at our doorstep she had no hair on her ears, a gunshot, starving, looked pitaful and about 24 hours from death according to our veternarian.  We nursed her back to health, she is a throughobred (sp) and beautiful and muscular now,  and she just thinks she lives here now been 3 years.   We can take her anywhere and she just won't leave our sides.  She knows all the commands of a hunter dog, well behaved and house broke.  We named her Gracie.  We live on 80 acres and she loves it.  Oh and the vet figured she was about 2years old when she found us. So now she must be 5.

We have a tortoiseshell cat named Gracie. She found us at our last place and she was outside cat until our 16 qnd 18 year olds died of kidney failure 3 months apart. So Gracie became our indoor cat.
We have parakeet that is 12 0r 13 years old. His name is Charley.
Our latest addition, Trooper is 10 months old. He is 7/8 yorkie 1/8 poodle and he is the king of the house.                              Birdy
