Onederland!!!
I went for my six month checkup today and by the doc's scale I am, as of today, officially 199!!! I haven't been in the 100's for at least 20 years. I LOVE my RNY. I haven't been around because I've been traveling alot this month. California for a sisters b'day and vacation, then Phoenix for the OH Event, that was fun. Then Edmonton Canada for work. I have no idea how I didn't gain any weight. Wait a minute, yes I do, I stuck with the program and tried to exercise every chance I got. I will start posting on Linda's thread again. Thanks for all the support everyone. You guys ROCK!

I am gonna put myself out here. I tend to look at everyones tickers and look at the weight loss. When I looked at yours I thought to myself something is not right here. Then I looked at the date of surgery and said almost a year ago and lost 6 lbs. What a fool I am. You are on your way and your surgery is THIS November. Stupid me. Best of luck to you. If we can do anything for you, just yell. I will try to do better.

The ticker is there as the doctor wants me to lose 10 pounds pre surgery. I am trying.

Stay positive. You will lose weight with this, because you will use your tool correctly. Follow the doc's orders. Period. He knows best. And he knows what is best for you. Everytime I see my doc he tells me I was an ideal patient. I did what I was told. I keep thinking, why wouldn't I, after my insurance paid all this money.
