One Year Today

Congrats! It's good to lose slow. I believe it may stay off better that way and the skin has a chance to catch up.

Congratualtions on your surgiversary!  You are absolutely right to be thrilled.  You have come a long way in just one year.

I just had my surgery on Monday and to think that a year from now there will be a big change is hard to believe but I know it is true.
