Well, this is it.  My first anniversary.  I have lost 88 pounds!  I am still losing very slowly, about 2 or 3 pounds a month.  I am very happy with that.  I am sooo happy I have this band.  It has changed my life!  Last month I went to my PCP for shingles and according to his records my highest weight was about 7 pounds more than I thought.  So from my highest weight with him I am down 95 pounds.  I am thrilled!

Thanks for asking.  He is still trying to jump over all the roadblocks that pop up in the road.  He was supposed to have a heart cath today as a result of the stuff the doc saw on the stress test.  The cath was postponed because they didn't like his labs.  He has to stop the Maxzide for a week and have the tests again.  Then they will reschedule the heart cath.  But he keeps being positive!

I get up every morning determined to both change the world and have one hell of a good time. Sometimes this makes planning my day difficult.

Congratulations on the greatest year of your life. From here everything just keeps improving. That is most definitely one mighty fine weight loss too. It won't be long and what is left of the rest you want to lose will be gone.

It's not what you gather, but what you scatter
that tells what kind of life you have lived.
