Daughter having surgery in Omaha...
Got the word today from Brenda's gyn that we meet with a specialist the 7th in Omaha. Brenda was in the hospital for 4 days, got out on Sunday. She needs a hysterectomy and with all the scar tissue she may come out with a colostomy. She has needed more of her intestine taken out for several years but being obese no one would operate. She had the banding a year ago last Aug and has lost 88 pounds. They wanted her to lose more but her health warrants surgery. She was on 2 antibiotics, one every 6 hours and one every 12 hrs. Her pain meds was through the IV too...enough of this, she is gonna be just fine and finally have a healthy life. She just got married in April to her love of 5 years...so she is entitled to a healthy life after all these years of pain. Oh, a few months ago she was blessed with a kidney stone too...pray for her next week. Thanks, Beth
