I have a Date with my Surgeon...

I have a date with my Surgeon, Dr. Brent Bruderer. We will be meeting in the operating room
on Wednesday, November 19th. I just knew I would get the phone call today!!! I will be driving down to Bismarck Otober 22nd for all my pre-op work and nurtrionist visit.
It is really happening!!!! WOW !! I am so darned excited!!
I could hardly wait to get back to the computer to let you all know!! You all are so much a part of my life already.

Ha Ha Mark... Our "First Date" was in his office a while back so this is really our "Second Date".
Just joking of course. I have a wonderful husband whom I've been married to for 47 years.
(I was 10 when I got married....haha)

OMG, this is wonderful! I thought a "date with your surgeon" meant a consultation, but if it's scheduled in the operating room, it takes on a whole new meaning.

People say it will come in no time but I don't believe them...

When I got mine I was over the moon (still am) and excited, nervous, stressed and almost every other emotion.... main thought was .... how will I pass this time without going insane...
isn't working , is still on my mind most days, so my option is to get on here and post when possible.
Thanks to all of you who patiently listen and whine about time not going fast enough...

Sandy, congratulations on the start of your new and greatly improved life. This time is going to go by fast and then it will be you looking at your doctor and telling him to let's get this show on the road, like I did mine.

Now we are going to have to move over on the bench again soon and this time it is going to be for no one but YOU!! Congratulations and prayers are going up for you.
