HELLO FROM MY NEW APARTMENT!!!!

well we are all moved in now but man what a mess we have in here!!! trying to combine 2 households omg!!!! good thing we have alot of closet space to store things!!!! LOL we are happy as happy can be...sore as hell though!!!! OMG climbing 2 flights of stairs and carrying box after box and furniture!!! OMG!!!!! got the new bed delivered yesterday about 3 and it is sooo comfy!!! BUT.....we were so tired and sore we couldn't even sleep!!!!! we even took tylenol pm for the pain and to help us sleep...nope didn't work...talk about OUCHIES!!!!!!! we are sore head to toe!!! but we love being in our new apartment!!! the guy rick works with never showed up to help us move...wouldn't even answer ricks phone calls!!!! but his weird friend john did help us move and i owe him a steak dinner come payday!!! he helped us with all his heart!!!! (still can't stand him LOL) but i did give him a hug to hold him over til i get paid and can get him his steak dinner!!!

bandit loves it here also...he sits in front of the patio door looking outside and the look on him is AHHHHHHHH i can see outside again!!!! i agree with him!!!! AHHHHHHHH we can see daylight again!!!!

oh!!! all of my furniture is ok!!!! its not moldy or smelly or anything from the move here from michigan!!! woooohooooo!!!!!!!!! i can relax in my lazyboy recliner/rocker again!!!! ahhh now that felt really good last night when we finally called it quits for the night!!!!!

got cable hooked up but my pc is needing a router yet so not sure if we get one today or not but in the mean time i still have ricks pc...will ask hime when i pick him up if we can go get one so i can be in the drawing for secret pal!!!! i don't want to miss out on that drawing!!!! looking forward to it!!!!

ok break time is over with need to get back to putting things away here then go pick rick up at work...just wanted to let you all know i am here in my new apartment and HAPPY!!!!!!!!!

Yeah, I know what you mean about the second-floor apartments ... that's what I was in when I was 300-pounds plus ... luckily I had movers moving me in (paid movers, I did nothing, but I did have to unpack and then take boxes down to the Dumpsters); and unpaid movers (my big strong coworkers) moving me out. I had to do a lot of that work myself, though; plus I had to buy them pizza and beer when we got to the condo. I was pretty sore, plus I still had work to do to clean up.

I'm sure some of the reasons Bandit wasn't happy was because he sensed your stress. Animals are so sensitive to what's going on with their owners.

Glad you're in your new home. Now the fun starts ... getting settled in.
