Do you all keep a notebook with you to keep track of everything you eat? If not, how do you remember it all? Do you really list EVERYTHING you eat, or just hit the highpoints?
1/2 cup pinto beans with mozarella cheese
1 cup of meat loaf (2 meals)
1/2 cup corn
1/2 cup brocolli/cauliflower
1 SF Chocolate covered marshmallow
1 bite-size Hersheys SF chocolate covered caramel
4 or 5 oz of assorted cheeses
and of course..... Crystal Light

Hiya George, I only post here, I can pull up my posts,and I can direct a new person to them also. I think some people use Fitday and such.
I pretty much stick to my plan, but it is not written in stone, so if it changes a bit,I feel no guilt. I am flexable, but I do question what I am eating, I want it to be kosher.

Good morning Linda and all,
Today is the day for all the pre-op appointments and testing. Right this minute I am feeling relaxed and ready to go. Deep breath and one step at a time. Must keep positive thoughts flowing or check in to a padded room.
My biggest challenge today will be getting in enough liquids. Running from place to place means careful planning. So, I'll pack extra water in the car, have coins to buy bottled water from the hospital machines, good to go.
