Mouthwater Monday~Desserts

Oh my golly gosh~I remembered this at 5 this morning and then it slipped my mind~or I should say what mind I have.

I said that desserts were this weeks recipes so here it goes:

               Pudding Surprise

2 large box sf chocolate pudding
crackers   (just the regular soup crackers)
sf Cool Whip

Mix the pudding with the milk as the directions on the box says. Layer a 9x13 pan with the crackers. Pour half the pudding over the top. Layer the top of the pudding with crackers and pour the other half of the pudding on top of those. Spread the top with the cool whip. Cover with saran wrap and refrigerate for AT LEAST 24 hour.

The crackers break down and taste just like pie dough. This is so dang good it is unbelievable.

It's not what you gather, but what you scatter
that tells what kind of life you have lived.

I just recently sent this to some of you....it does work, a friend of mine in Australia baked it and now he bakes it for his whole family.....

Don't forget to make your substitutions for WLS.

DANGEROUS CHOCOLATE CAKE-IN-A-MUG
1 coffee mug
4 Tbsp. cake flour (plain, not self-rising)
4 Tbsp. sugar

2 Tbsp. cocoa

1 egg

3 Tbsp. milk
3 Tbsp. oil

Small splash of vanilla
3 Tbsp. chocolate chips, optional

Add dry ingredients to mug, mix well with a fork.
Add egg, mix thoroughly.
Pour in milk and oil and vanilla, mix well.
Add chips, if using.
Put mug in microwave, and cook for three minutes on 1000 watts.
Cake will rise over top of mug--do not be alarmed!
Allow to cool a little; tip onto a plate if desired.
Eat!
(This can serve two if you want to feel slightly more virtuous.)
***And WHY is this the most dangerous cake recipe in the world?

Because now we are all only five minutes away from chocolate cake any time of the day or night!!!***

Women are angels.
...and when someone breaks our wings, we simply continue to fly...on a broomstick.

We are flexible.

CROCK POT COBBLER

1 dry cake mix (yellow or white)
3/4 cup dry oat meal
20 oz sf pie filing (or equalivent) -
fruit of your choice: peach, apple, cherry, etc.

mix dry stuff together

layer 1/3 dry
1/2 pie filling
repeat
end with dry

With the apple you can add apple pie spices.  I have heard of people using cherry and using a devil's food cake mix.

bake in crock pot for 1.5 hours on high  or 3 to 4 on low
top with cool whip or nsa ice cream

GOD BLESS AMERICA!!!!!
