I did it in short sessions .... got the wood in the mail Saturday afternoon, and finished the bowl Sunday....

I have sold a few bowls and pens over the years... just never really went after selling with any real vigor before...

that is beautiful!! Is Texas Sweetgum a hardwood? I love the grain in the wood. Never seen that wood before...very nice!

Marc, that is one georgeous bowl that you created. It is a true work of art. I think that is one of the most beautiful thing that I ever saw. The grain in that bowl is truly a work of art and you should be very proud of your God given talent. He has certainly blessed you with that.

I bet that is a wonderful way to de~stress too, isn't it?

It is a real stress relief for me.... when I am at the lathe turning a piece there is no room in my widdle bwain for anyting other than total concentration on what I am doing....
