Jeane, we can eat pretty much anything after surgery. Jus****ch the calories and fats and such. I really watch the carbs too since they seem to just set me off sometimes. I eat most protein though.

I have had my 2 pills with sips of water and started my journal, asking my husband to take a picture of me after I am presentable to send to my friends at OH.
I get there at 9:30, surgery at 11:30, daugther will be with me at hospital and she said she will make SURE I walk.
I am so thankful for my new friend on OH and the support I have found.
