Hi Marcia,

I count every single pound myself.  You and I are really close!  I was 286 when I started looking into WLS.  It took me one year (exactly to the day) to have surgery.  I match you exactly weighing 237 the morning of my surgery!

I hope you count everything you've lost as each and every pound is a super accomplishment.

Hugs,

Kathi

Thanks Kathi!  I can't wait until I get down to 199.  That will be a major accomplishment to me! Good luck and please keep in touch!

Even though it took over a year and a half to do it I lost from 320 to 260 before my surgery day. I am counting it cause I own it.
