I count every single pound myself. You and I are really close! I was 286 when I started looking into WLS. It took me one year (exactly to the day) to have surgery. I match you exactly weighing 237 the morning of my surgery!
I hope you count everything you've lost as each and every pound is a super accomplishment.

Even though it took over a year and a half to do it I lost from 320 to 260 before my surgery day. I am counting it cause I own it.
