Still going to have two eggs with cheese for breakfast some time today.

Well, Miss Linda, it sure sounds like you are in a fun loving mood today! I am so happy about that. It sounds like Sunday is your favorite day of the week. Mine is Saturday. I wish everyday was Saturday!

Nothing much going on here today. I have church and also my 10 year old great neice. I am having her until 5 this evening. Her mom is working until then. It is mostly Autumn's mom and I watching Brittany. Autumn told us that she has to pay her babysitter $5 an hour and we about had a fit!

I have my great nephews 2nd birthday party this afternoon at 1. So the food is going to be up in the air most of the day. But it is going to be good for me and mostly protein I am hoping. But you know the best made plans of mice and men. haha

B: slim fast low carb shake
L: who knows
D: not sure
S: not sure

Can you tell I am planned out for the day? Ha! That will be the day when things turn out to my plans. If they did would I be sitting here? No way! I would be out on a Alaskan cruise that is for sure!

Have a wonderful and blessed day. I am sending love and hugs to you and special prayers are going up for you and yours.

It's not what you gather, but what you scatter
that tells what kind of life you have lived.

Hello my dear sweet Brenda. I would have picked Sunday for your favorite day....who knew??
5.00 an hour?? My word!! Time spent with family tops that along with the savings!
Have you heard from the pastor??
Once again, I have faith in you and do not think you will venture from your new norm. I think it is great that eating right is normal way now!
Please have a great day, and be blessed, don't forget that our Father likes to laugh at us sometimes.
Any day spent with children is a good day!

Jean,
Your crab & artichoke bake caught my eye.  Would love to have that recipe, maybe for fish week on our Mouthwatering Monday exchange.

Jean! You must have ESP, I have been thinking of fried green tomatoes. I watch Anthony Bourdain's No Reservation, on the travel channel. He....well..he travels and eat...LOL.
He is touring the south here, and my oh my, what foods I have forgotten. A lot of it is not healthy, but some of it is...and I love his humor and respect for other cultures.
Please enjoy your day and remember God loves a respectful child who honors their parents...so you are putting jewels in your crown.
You sound better, I am happy for that for you.
Do you know I started this thread because at the time I had lost over 100 pounds, and gained back 10 on a med??
Nancy B had a similer thread, but she said she had no qualms about my running one, that along with Annettes encouragement caused me to continue.
At one point I said I was going to stop, and so many lurkers    PM'd me and told me how they read it everyday, and not to stop.
This is the best place ever, I get so much from all of you.
Thank you.
