Unfortunately what floats my boat is Ice Cream and Pepsi.  But those are a thing of the past.  I will try to hang around on this thread to.  I really want to become involved.

GOD BLESS AMERICA!!!!!

You are too funny. Look at your handsome face, and look at pictures of yourself before. If it does not float your boat, I bet it will bop your bippy!

Stay cool in your heat -- as cool as you can in 100 degree weather anyway.  My grandson (who is also in Phoenix) has a basketball tournament and will be playing in the the heat.... ugh.  Oh, to be young!

I am going for a fasting lab draw this morning.  That's about it for me!

B-AchievOne protein drink (after the vampire)

L-turkey and cheese roll-up w/some lettuce I think

D-out with friends so prob'ly fish

Hugs,

Kathi

Good morning to you sweet Linda. I hope that you and your grands really enjoy the day today. Just take care of yourself and watch the heat.

Today is a day where I am finishing up my prayers for tomorrows service just in case I am going to do it. Pastor wrote to us the other day and said that he might be home for Sunday but no one has heard from him again. I just kind of think it is rude. He just expects a person to pop up at the pulpit and do the service and I just don't think that is right. I guess part of me is hoping that he won't be back since I think this sermon is a really good one and I think we need to hear it with a new Pastor coming in. I am only praying that the new one is accepted. I guess if I am meant to tell this sermon to the church God will make sure that I do. Nothing happens in God's world by mistake. Absolutely nothing at all.

I am up in the air about the food today. I want something different for breakfast this morning but not sure what. I believe that Bill is going to grill out this afternoon and fix some chicken patties. I can't wait for that one. I got some fozen ones made with bacon and cheese. They sound so good. Yummy! Other than the chicken patties I have no idea what else I am going to have. I guess I am just going to have to nose around and see what hits me this fine day.

Love and hugs to you and special prayers are going up for you and yours. Stay safe and make sure that you enjoy yourself with you beloved grands today.

It's not what you gather, but what you scatter
that tells what kind of life you have lived.

Brenda, you are too cute! The sermon will be heard when it is supposed to. Your pastor is probably knee deep in aligators, that's why the Lord has you there, for you will go where He sends you.
I know you will make the right food choices today, because it is ingrained in you.
Just go with the flow, beloved.
Hugs!!

Jean,

I hope you are feeling better - in all departments, if you know what I mean!  Glad the vertigo is better.

I have been intending to email you and see what you have in the way of a good shrimp recipe.  Something simple, though LOL...

Have a great day!
