Ok, we are still kicking.The lady in the office says TGIF,the guys says **** She says no, TGIF,thank goodness it's Friday. He says **** Sorry Honey It's Thursday!
  B-Cheese sticks L-Healthy Choice steak meal,I didn't get to it yesterday. D- Cottage Cheese and Cantalope.

Good morning, Linda!

I, too, did not follow my plan yesterday, but at least I was close and got some cooking done for today and thru the weekend while I am working.

Breakfast:  protein shake with banana added

Lunch:         1/2 cup turkey and vegetable soup - yummy with beans in it
                     1/4 cup ricotta/cheesecake with 1 tablespoon of no added
                      sugar cherry pie filling - thank you again, Jean !

Supper:        2 oz of turkey meatloaf
                      chunks of pineapple

I am taking a low carb slim fast in case I need something for a snack and a cheese stick.  I rarely get hungry enough for a snack, but it is nice to have a choice.
I am working today until 11p and I have everything measured out and ready to take.  Off to Curves this morning before work.  Maybe will get my cycling in tonight after I get home.  I like to cycle and read and it is my *downtime*.

Hi Sheila, it was 3:30 yesterday before I realized I had not out a thing in my mouth!! I did eat some cottage cheese and melon last night. I have to be careful not to do that today.

I have managed to eat a little today, and I do plan to eat tonight. Things are tough right now, and it was hard making bonus,but than God I did.
I have to believe I am where I am supposed to be, and doing what I am supposed to.

 Oh Gosh Linda,  I've never forgotten to eat.  That's one of my problems....  I never forget to think about food.....sigh....   Cute Joke about Thursday.

Today I'm getting ready for a garage sale over the weekend.  Our apt complex is advertising for us in the local paper and with signs.  I just hope the weather doesn't keep people away.  My sister came by with a trunk full of "stuff".  My Dau in Law is going to add baby clothes and toys.  We will have quite a lot to offer but still I always hesitate with garage sales.  

Fall is definitely here in western WA.  It has been a beautiful fall.  I made split pea soup yesterday.  It was yummy.  Also, Mom made applesauce and I canned it.  We were given some nice tastey apples, no idea what kind but made up into a great sauce.

I've been working on my resume'.  Time for me to quit procrastinating and get a job while there are some to get.  I don't want to work

Hey Miss Millie, they may come when you forget to eat,but that is nots good though. I was stressed, and focusing on making my numbers at work. I too never tought I would never forget to eat.Stay strong,there are more surprises waitng for you.

I have now gained 6.2 lbs since I started taking Meclizine last Friday.  It is freaking me out, especially since the Meclizine doesn't seem to be helping with the vertigo too much.  But how much worse would I feel if I weren't taking the Meclizine at all?  At your suggestion, I have researched other treatments for vertigo.  The choices seem to be Klonopin (which I will not take, having once been addicted to Valium) and Phenergan.  I'm going back to the doctor next Tuesday.

B: 1 packet weight control oatmeal w/ skim milk & banana
S:  iced decaf latte
L:  2 oz steak, 1 oz spinach with onions
S: 4 oz yogurt
D:  2 oz chicken, 2 oz creamed cabbage
S: 4 oz SF pudding

Hi Jean, I understand about the klonopin, but it is way less strong than valium. Perhaps a small dose? I take the.05 and they help, but you know your body best.
We got to do something about this Jean. This is NOT good!
