Whoop-De-Doo Moment!!
Called my Doc this morning to tell her BP 110/66, (after a week of checking and numbers not over 110) and she said as long as I check the BP daily, I can stop taking the BP meds! Whoop-De-Doo!! ..."and another one bites, and another one bites, and another one bites the dust!" (forget the name of the song, but that is a line from it) Only meds I take now are arthur pills and mild anti-depressant. I'm so smilin'!

Terri - Congratulations! I am hoping to be singing that song some day soon, too. My BP has been great, but I have not tried it without meds... I want to go to my doc in December - get my PAP smear done, my mammogram done and labs and get off the diovan and lipitor... depending on the lab results.
Keep smiling!
