***Marcia M's Surgery!***

Our dear friend Marcia is out of surgery and doing well.  This time, there are no breathing problems (unlike her band removal where she had a horrible time breathing and keeping her oxygen levels high enough).  Her DH said they will keep her in recovery for another 3-4 hours and then move her to a room where she will stay for a couple of nights.

So, no complications for Marcia!  She is sore and groggy, but nothing unexpected and her greatest fear regarding trouble breathing did not happen!

Thanks for keeping her in your thoughts and prayers!

Great news about Marcia!  Thanks for telling us, and tell her prayers are going out for a quick hospital stay.

Thanks so much for the post. I have been thinking of her all day and saying prayers for her. I am so glad that things went well and it won't be long and she will be back to her old self. Please make sure you pass along all the love we have for her and that she remains in our thoughts and prayers.

I'm glad she is doing fine but I don't understand why a second surgery??  Did the band not work for her or were there complications??
Does this happen often with people who do band??
Sorry for all the questions but I am of course nervous about my RNY, does this happen to us as well??
