I Passed!!!!!
I passed my psyh evalulation. I was so worried about that I would have trouble and all my hopes for surgery would come to a halt. I now feel like I am really making some positive progress. This afternoon I have my third date with the dietitian---just three more to go. Time is going so fast now that it won't belong before I have a date!!!! I have had a "eat to feel good week" where I ate too much and I think I have gained some weight. I am back on track and have stopped kicking myself for having gave in to the "urge". Life is good!

GOOD FOR YOU, NANCY
We all have a few set backs in our eating... I like what Linda posted.... why do we eat? HART.... Hungry, Angry, Restless, Tired..... that helps me know why I am eating and if the impulse is too great... I know what to eat.
Now with your dietitian dates you won't have long before you are on the losers bench. We are here waiting for you....... Keep up the good work..... Millie

Congratulations Nancy! It sure is nice to tick those tests off one by one...You really can see the progress that way. Keep looking to the future! You're at least halfway there now. Your time is coming!

That's GREAT!! You will be fine!
I'm actually feeling a good bit better today...Pretty happy about that. I can now get out of bed without help, and I am sipping my protein drinks all day long. I also got out and walked a few laps up and down my street this morning - twice! Getting back on track..slowly...but getting there. Thanks for asking!
