What we are eating and what's eating us.Monday!
Mom spent the day with us yesterday and had a good time with the dogs. She refused to eat the lima bean salad I served at dinner, so I gave her an extra scoop of chocolate protein ice cream for dessert to make up for the lost calories. Although mealtime rules sure didn't work that way when SHE was in charge! Then, it was "no lima beans, no dessert".
B: 1 packet weight control oatmeal w/ skim milk & banana
S: iced decaf latte
L: 4 oz vegetarian chili
S: 2 oz chocolate raspberry cottage cheese pudding
D: 2 oz citrus shrimp salad, 2 oz zucchini
S: 4 oz SF pudding

The remark that you made about Connie's thread just made me think that you are such a good egg and you crack me up!!!! Get it??????
Today is a meeting with Pastor this morning and another meeting at church tonight for the nominations committee. I am so involved and I feel like a piece of **** on the bottom of someones shoe. As my one girlfriend told me yesterday when I told her that "I was going to tell you that you sound like it too".
Food still isn't the highlight of my life right now. I am working on the fluids most of the time. I am consuming them like there is no tomorrow. I still feel dehydrated but I just keep on drinking. One of the ladies at church told me I needed to drink. I told her that I had my water and she told no, she was thinking of something much stronger. I agreed with her on that one. I told her to have one for me! She is so much fun. I just love her and she is in her 80's but you can have more fun with her than you can someone younger!! Her name is Ruth but she goes by the nickname Babe~so go from that one. She is such a beautiful lady too, and very much a lady also.

I am hoping that I am going to be able to eat all of this. I haven't been eating to much the past few days. Just a bit here and there. Nothing great. I have lost a pound so that is one good thing. haha

Hope everyone is doing well this morning. I bombed yesterday - not nearly enough protein, will do better today.

L - chicken breast with onions, garlic, mushrooms, and cheese, and a little bit of roasted zuchinni
S - peanut butter and two wheat crackers
D - creole pork chop and broccoli
S - either ricotta cheese with almond extract and splenda or cottage cheese with fruit
