Vera, when those WOW moments start they just keep coming. And speak fo getting better and better. Oh yeah they sure do.

Just think you are already 2 sizes down and it is just after 1 month. I think that is a real big accomplishment. And just think~you did it! You are using your tool and doing the right way and you should be proud.

Keep letting us know all your WOW moments because we sure do love to rejoice and be happy with you on them. It helps us to remember ours too.
