Alice, I am happy to hear you had a good time. You maybe obese, but each journey begins with the first step!!
You should be proud, for you are loving yourself, right now!

I need a little help....

Yesterday I had my first experience with the foamies and vomiting.... today I ate a half slice of turkey ( a food I have not had trouble with before) and got the foamies and vomited again (but not on the same food).

Should I go back to liquids? Mushy foods? Protein shakes only? I ate some sf pudding and it set well. I am going to work  tomorrow and I need to know what should I plan on eating.

Thanks for your help!

Helen

Hello Helen.  I am the same with food even after 1 1/2 years since surgery.  One time I can eat it and the next it won't stay down. I have learned to only eat foods at work that I KNOW will be ok.  Protein shakes, oatmeal, pudding, cheese & crackers, yogurt, etc.  Whatever you do well with.  I experiment and get a little more daring when I'm home and close to the bathroom.

Thank you Barbara....

I have soup, yogurt  and cottage cheese... so I should be fine.  Good thing my office is in an old appartment building...so I have a bathroom very close.
