Guys!! I heard from Lynne B, most of you know her!! She has health issues that do not permit her to even type at this time...so sad.
She says she does read though, and we can email her, she is in the group register, or PM her here.
She says she is having a 10 pound struggle, we know that kinda thing, 10 pounds on, 10 pounds off...sigh.
So please give her a holla. She needs us, and we need her.
"I once cried because I had no shoes, then I saw a man who had no feet."
It helps me to keep an attitude of gratitude.
We all miss you Lynne!
   Get better soon.

Linda, I will definitely keep Lynne in my prayers for her illness. I do wish her well.

May God keep her in the circle of His loving arms and grant to her peace, good health and understanding. May He continue to keep the doctors and nurses in His arms and give to them knowledge and understanding also.

Please let her know that I am praying for her and that I hold her in my heart.

Good Sunday morning to you dear one. I am so glad that your family has you in there time of need. You are a blessing to not only them to all of us also. Just make sure that you take care of yourself, as I know that you will.

Today is the day I have been dreading. I have to announce to the church this morning that Pastor is leaving. I have to get through the announcement without crying. I just can't do that for a couple of reasons. I have such a sinus thing going on right now I wouldn't be able to breath if I did, I will have make up on and it will look terrible and if I did cry no one would be able to understand a word that I said. Boy~what a list that is. I just can't do it now after looking at this list. haha

Not sure what the food is going to be today. I am just not really feeling good. I think most of the junk has settled into my sinus passages and I am just miserable. I can't breath, my voice about shot and I have such a headache that sometimes I just can't hardly think.

B: sf oatmeal

I promise that I will do the best that I can to get down what I can. Right now I am going to concentrate on the fluids. I know that I need them badly. I am so dry all the time I feel like a dry sponge. Just waiting for some sort of fluid to come down my gullet!

Have a wonderful and blessed day today,Linda. Know that you are loved and there is plenty of big hugs to go along with that love. Remember to enjoy this day and that this is the day the Lord has made, so let us rejoice and be glad in it.

BTW, yesterday I stopped at one rummage sale and there was a 1959 Methodist Book of Disipline and I got it for 50 cents. I am so happy. I just love it. Back in 1959 I was a Evangelical United Brothern but we merged with the Methodists and became a United Methodist. I have a old EUB hymnal too and now this is going right along side of the hymnal. I am so excited. What ever floats your boat I guess. haha

Brenda, you are a card!! You are so right, what ever makes you happy. I once found an old book on how to be a good wife, it was soooo funny!!
You are so right to drink! We must be careful, we dehydrate fast!
Take care, I am so sorry about your pastor!!

oh Lord, isn't that the truth!

But our stories make us who we are, what we are and shape our lives.   I"m grateful for all of it, the good, the bad, and the ugly (and it's been pretty ugly at times) because I feel it's made me into the person I am mean to be.

Now to get this body into the body it's meant to be!

Amen to what you said,Linda. It is so interesting, I have noticed if I am down, the woman in the mirror surprises me, for in my head the 476 pound woman is alive and kicking.
When I feel great, the woman that is finally headed to Oner land comes shining through.
I have to remember that I can not change things, only my reaction to them.
My body has worn much of my pain, to the point of me feeling like Atlas before WLS.
I have so much to be grateful for!
