 ( ( ( ( (   HUGGS  ) ) ) ) )    Linda, So sorry you didn't get the sleep you needed.   I've been really sleepy the last few days.  I think it is the change in the barometer readings.  Really drizzly and grey around here.  Need more sun.... lots more...lol    I think I will keep busy in my sewing room today.  I need to get some clothes made as I am heading back into the work force soon.  Notice how it is called work "force" LOL   like we volunteer for it... lol     Millie

Hiya Millie, we have much sun here. We are so used to heat that 85 is a cold front for us  .
Ain't it the truth about work girl!!!
I used to enjoy sewing, I only do crochet now, and I go through spells with that.
 Sounds like you gotta make your own sunshine today!

I am sorry to hear you had such a rough night.....hope Olivia is doing better today. Bless your hearts!!!
You are both in my thoughts and prayers! Please get some rest today!!

I was crazy and went out dancing last night. It was so much fun. I spent alot of the evening with a guy I graduated from high school with. We know a ton of the same people. He asked for my phone number so we will see???? He wanted to come home with me for a so called "night cap" but I turned him down. This lady doesn't do one night stands. If he calls I will know he is really interested in me and not just sex.

Later today is the big "Bouja Festival" at the bar we hang out at. I am not supposed to eat soup but I will be today. This is a once a year event and I love Bouja!! It is a free meal to boot!!

B-yogurt w/kashi and string cheese
S-protein bar
L-tuna, cottoge cheese and peas
S-apple w/ peanut butter
D-BOUJA!!!!

Hey Boo! I am so happy to hear you went dancing. There is a song called "I hope you dance." It makes me misty eyed.
You darn tootin he can't come home with you!! You don't pick up stray puppies!!   
I hope he calls 'cause you seem to like him...smile.
I am resting today. I am doing a one woman intervention with my daughter. She has some med issues, and I talked to her about addiction.
With God's help, she will be fine...

Linda I feel your sleepy pain.  Hope you get some rest today. 

B - 4 oz protein shake
L- 1/2 cup cream of chicken soup (I added 1/2 can skim milk and 1/2 can water, 1/3 cup powered milk and 1 scoop of unflavored protein powder - Maybe I should call this pumped up cream of chicken soup!  lol  I should get about 4 servings from the one can of soup)
S - 4 oz protein shake
D - 2 oz tuna, 2oz cottage cheese
S - 4 oz protein shake

and water water water followed by more water, water,water! 

The weather here is great - 71 for a high.  Think I'll take my new book out and read while swinging in my yard swing...

Yes!! I drink so much water, and it does make a difference, our bodies do need it.
I was happy to be up, we had a family night..
