Tomorrow is my day!
Well, after my long journey which began on Valentine's Day with my husband on a date to the Weight Loss Seminar given by my doctor, through all the testing, a 3 month detour of documented nutrition counseling and exercising with a trainer to satisfy my insurance company, and two weeks on a modified liquid diet (losing 15 pounds I might add), I am finally down to the all liquid day, which culminates in my band surgery tomorrow. I have to be at the hospital for 11:00 Eastern Time and surgery is at 12:30.
I have had a very emotional 2 weeks - facing a lot of demons without having food to get me through it, and although I have shed a lot of tears, I feel really good about my decision to go forward and get my tool. I plan to work it, baby! Let's get this show on the road!!!

Congratulations and just remember that things are going to be changing so much but every change is so worth it. I wouldn't change a thing in my life that has happened so far. Every hoop that I had to jump through was so worth it.
Best of luck tomorrow and know that we are there with you. You may not be able to see us but we are there and when you feel a special touch that is just us giving our support and love to you. I am keeping you in prayers that surgey goes well and that you recovery is quick and pain free.
Alright people, let's get to moving over for another loser on the bench!!!!!
Thanks Brenda! I definitely feel your support and love today. I can't wait to be sitting next to you on that loser's bench tomorrow.
