Good morning Linda and Friends!

So, two gentlemen at least all you cooked was chili or was there something else cooking?  HAHA!  I'm guessing grandsons visited!  When Ethan visits, we always have to make cookies or brownies.  Now if Gabe were able to visit more often - he's a better eater - we'd actually cook something healthy.

Donna, congratulations on reaching stage two, it gets easier!

B - protein shake
S - protein shake or cheese stick
L - We're having a catered lunch from a local Chinese restaurant, paid for by our Dept. Head.  He's calling it a Gustav survivors party!  He's so happy we all made it through with minimal damage, and the fact that we were all in touch asap after Gustav.  Our phone tree and Google Group worked like a charm!  On the menu is pecan shrimp, cashew chicken, a vegetarian dish, and fried rice.  I know the pecan shrimp goes down easy.
S - probably won't need one, but if I do, I have a yogurt in the frig here at work
D - red beans w/sausage, salad
S - don't know - last night I had fruit and cheese possibly a repeat, or some peanut butter and a couple of wheat crackers.

Have a great Thursday,
Debbie

Hi Angel!! I keep emergency cottage cheese at work, and have been enjoying it, as I am keeping both eyes on The Fangster, he can still be grumpy!!
You guys are blessed to have survived Gustav indeed!!
Yes!! I had my grands over...smile. They live about 20 feet away, but it is still special. When Olivia wasn't working, I did not realize how much I missed our early evenings with them, they can talk up a storm, I  it!!
Debbie, I hope you enjoy your feast!
Huggers!!

<---- will that do?

No food changes or surprises today. Same as every other day.

We have 2 crabapple trees in front and the Blue Jays are going nuts eating the fruit! The noise from those birds is driving the cats wild too. Looks like a Blue Jay Tree. Kind of pretty.

I bow down to our PRINCESS!  What fun you all had together.

Your trees sound so pretty, a blue jay tree, girl, I have not seen a blue jay since before water was wet. It makes me miss NYC and Boston, the east....sigh.
Be well sis, I am enjoying the healthy you, may it last forever.

I forgot about against the wall push ups!! I can do that...smile.
Well, it is quite obvious that you are one of the WLS people who "hit the ground running". There is no doubt you will be sucessful, and provide much inspiration to others.
Thank you for the reminder, newbies have so much to give!!

Hello dearest Boo! I am sorry to hear the crud is still with you.
Do you know how gorgeous that pic is of you? That glorious smile is bewitching!! You look like the star!!
I am still fighting remnants of my crud, The Fangster is still finicky, I had about 2 ozs of Chile, the fun was in the making of it...smile.
I adore you Boo. I am so tired,  The Fangster is still fussy, and the Tums I have been taking help calm him down. So, my variation in menu for this evening is Tums and Yogurt Mmmmm...
I loves ya Boo!
