Do I belong here?

Hi Nancy, and welcome.  Of COURSE you belong here.  I also spent years researching and deciding if WLS was right for me.   And for ME, the lap band, RNY and DS were not right either, although all three are fine and effective surgeries.  It is such a personal decision, and surgery is not for everyone.    Making a decision about what is right for you is a relief, isn't it?  I hope you will stay here and use this board as support.  This is a  great bunch of guys and gals!

I must say that I agree with everyone else that you belong here just as much as the rest of us.  Just because you have decided not to have surgery I hope we can help with your weight loss and offer support anytime you may need it.  I think most of us have been on diets and we are all trying to eat more healthy diets so hang around.
