Chicken Parmassean in a Crock Pot Recipe

Since so many wanted this, and it is so easy, here goes.

2-4 boneless, skinless Chicken breasts
Garlic
Onion
Pasta Sauce.
Parmassean Cheese
Mozzarella Cheese

Put the chicken breasts in the bottom of the crock pot.  Add garlic to taste (we like garlic, so we put a tablespoon of it in).  We bought the large jar of garlic at Walmart.  Dice small onion.  add to pot.  Top with jar of favorite pasta sauce.  I like to use Ragu, with extras in it.  Cook on low for 8 hours.  After 5 hours or so, sprinkle in good amount of parmassean cheese.  Lay a slice of mozzarella cheese on top of each piece of chicken.  Let cook on low another 3  hours.

Done.

This looks so good. I plan to cook this for the grandkids.  They like garlic also.

That does sound tasty and seems like the chicken would be really moist too.  Thanks, George.   I'm eager to use the crock pot more often.

Just for you Linda, I will try to make all my recipes to be crock pot recipes.  The only one I may have a problem with is vegetables.

I can't wait until Monday.  I also am very glad we are going to have a theme every week.

I'm a newbie and have a RNY date of Nov. 5 and I'm over 50BMI and 50 Years.

That sounds like a fantastic recipe and I will probably try it even before my surgery.

Thanks to all of you who post - it sure helps us newbies for you to share with all.
