No, haven't tried it. Too many calories for me, too much fat for sure.

Unless the "omega" is dry, it is of no use to me. I don't absorb fats, I just dump on them. I did not see any ingredients pages of these products, only nutritional values. They may be there somewhere, but my old tired eyes didn't see them, I am one that doesn't buy without seeing the ingredients, I want to know where the nutrition is coming from....

Reason: I get sick and tired of dumping.....

Sorry but never heard of these. But I don't like fish except tuna occasionally. It would be an item I passed quickly.

If you can only eat 1/2, that's 9 grams of protein and still a great deal of fat per 1/2 serving and a lot of sodium.

My brain is tired too.

Hijack!! Hi sis, I think you eat shrimp too. I think you told me one time that shrimp was not fish, but then, with my brain, maybe you didn't.

Years ago (25-30) I had a stomach stapling done. It never worked. When Dr Wasco started testing me they found the staple line had failed and the stomach had twisted some.

Anyway when they did the open RNY they had to remove part of the stomach to do the revision because of the scar tissue etc.

I try to have Salmon at least once or twice a week, but I use the pink salmon in a pouch in a salad.....seems to go down easy with a little salad dressing as it is pretty moist. How did this go down? I have trouble with baked fish.
Hugs, Marti
