Hello. TGIF. I have slowed down from the trots, only once today. I am drinking Gatorade(They actually have one not loaded with sugar now). I am also drinking Vitamin water Zero sugar. I feel less like a wrung out dish rag! I am aiming for 72 ounces of fluid today. I would run to the hospital if I were in pain. I know the medical profession too well to give mucho bucks for them to tell me I have the flu!!
Thank you all for caring. I believe I will be ok, it seems about every 4 years, I get the crap knocked out of me with the flu. (no pun intended).
Take care and please post, my menu is quite simple, I may try a piece of banana today to see how I tolerate it, and I am taking potassium pills too.
God bless you all!

Hi Linda, I'm glad you are feeling better.  Now it's time to rest and let Mother Nature help you get over that nasty flu.  I hope the weekend helps you get back to normal.
 B:Protein shake.
L: Slice of roast chicken and a small piece of Swiss cheese.
Oh, and a SF peanut  butter cookie that almost made me sick.  Won't do that again.
D: Another protein shake because I didn't feel like eating after that darn cookie!
S: Maybe some protein pudding if anything.
                   Blessings to you,  Bonnie

Oh dear, honey, you got it really bad. I am glad to hear that part of it is better. When you are on the bottom of the barrel you will take just about anything at all. And you have been at the bottom for sure. Well, one good thing is there is only one way out and that is up. You are heading in the right direction.

I ended up taking Trudy to Valparaiso and she and I went out to lunch. Chinese and that is good~my favorite one. I haven't been there in a month of Sunday's. It was good but I can tell that can't be a often type of dinner out. haha

B: sf oatmeal with fresh peach~oh dear, my last one, so gotta get more!
L: chicken and green beans
D: not much that's for sure~upset Harpo from  lunch
S: slim fast low carb shake

Take it easy and stay low for the week end. Like you really have much choice in the decision. I am sending love and lots of hugs and my special prayers for you and yours.
