George, I think my new guy might be a keeper. But just in case...do you have a brother?
Jan, My son has recently moved to St James, MO. He says it is beautiful there. Can't wait to visit him and Branson. Have fun.

Coldwater Creek too but won't be there for awhile. I have a clothing selection in four smaller sizes already and it will be nice to finally get some wear from them again.

I spent a busy day at work than went to the Santa Cruz fair after for a little music therapy from Elvin Bishop. Anyone remember him? Only five hours sleep last night. Today will be another challenging day at work but next week should be a little slower. I intend to get out for a little nature therapy this weekend.

It's raining here and I have a headache, my knee hurts ... what else is new? I have to get my Imitrex prescription renewed ... I've been stalling on that because it's $19 for nine pills. I've already taken a vicodin and it's helped my knee a bit but nothing else.
Last night was a busy night at work ... lots of pages! Two full liner (leftover pages from the paid obits) that I had to fill, along with the usual three business pages and the local briefs package. Got home at the usual time but was pretty beat and my eyes were really tired.
Hope everyone is good ... Margo, hope you are all right. Been concerned about your situation. Not much else is new. Take care. Have a good day.

michael has been taking vicodin forever- between his bad shoulder and his hip and everything else involved with that....his ortho usually prescribes- and we forgot to get scrips the last two visits- ok cuz i had old unfilled -but we have now used them...so- i called today; could we come pick up a scrip? no- doc is out of town til weds next week- ouch! called pcp about a diff scrip and asked for vicodin also- he won't prescribe it to michael AT ALL/.he doesn't care of ortho is out of town he won't do it!!!!!!!!!!! ....weds is a long ways off!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! and i think we will be looking for a diff pcp soon....

Oh man, Margo, I do understand ... it will be a long weekend for you. Can on-call ortho prescribe something? Or you might have to go to ER to get something with Michael or he may drive you crazy. (I would never do this because I know what I need my pills refilled and pain clinic will only give a 28-day supply.) I know how much in pain I am without my vicodin and I make sure I have enough, especially before I go to Chicago. One time I went to Chicago and forgot them ... fortunately, Mom still had some from the last time she was prescribed, so I used hers. I would have been in serious pain without that.
I hope Michael can make it through the weekend somehow. (and you of course). Does booze help? (You, I mean.)
